Consider Defined

Contribution Plans

Defined contribution can save time and money for employers from the administrative time to the duties that go along with choosing and managing your employees’ health plans. With rising health care costs, it offers more financial predictability because the amount contributed is decided up front.

In addition to freeing up time and relieving cost, defined contribution plan also can provide choices for employees by offering more transparency and flexible, customizable health care instead of a one-size-

fits-all option.

Employers can take a step back and shift some of the responsibility for health care benefit plan options to the employee through the use of the defined contribution plan.
