Rivo Incident Reporting & Management Software Solution Layer allows you to report and
manage incidents such as injuries, accidents and theft. With powerful capabilities including
analytical trending you can make better decisions to reduce incidents across your
operations.
Incidents and events may vary hugely from company to company but a common goal is to
map and draw trends on incidents to reduce them happening in future. Incidents occur over
tens and hundreds of variables – whether they are safety, security, environmental – incidents
will involve different languages, geographies, operational functions and importantly have a
spectrum of root causes. Using configured incident reporting forms tailored to your
organisation’s process or using global best practice methodologies your employees or
contractors can report incidents from anywhere in the world and make the data instantly
available in Rivo. View incidents and near-misses in lists that you can apply filters to, or use
geo-mapping to view trends by geography. Advanced analytics allow powerful trending and
reporting with other operational data.
Integrate Rivo with hardware such as emissions sensors or telematics equipment to auto-
raise incidents to Rivo when for example emissions exceed parameters, vehicles break
harshly or leave specific allocated zones or fuel levels decrease rapidly to signal theft.
