Welcome to Bank of American Fork’s Online Personal Banking. You now have the ability to bank when it’s convenient for you. With online banking, your bank is always open. Check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, research transactions, view statements, and much more.

Enrolling for Online Personal Banking is easy and only takes a minute. Contact Customer Service in Utah County at (801) 642-3456, in Salt Lake County at (801) 428-1046 or toll free at (888) 842-3456, Monday – Friday, 7:15 A.M. – 6:15 P.M. (MST) to receive your initial login Username and Password. Then follow these five steps to access your online banking.

Upon changing your password you will receive notice of a new online banking security feature that will protect you from unauthorized access to your account. You will be required to select three challenge questions and answers that could be used to validate your identity. Click ‘Continue’ to complete the security questions.

Review your challenge questions. Click ‘Edit’ to modify your verification questions or click ‘Confirm’ to complete your initial login.

Once you have successfully logged into your online banking you will see the Account Access homepage. From this page you can perform a number of activities such as view balances, research transactions, transfer funds, and much more.

NAVIGATION

Use the upper menu to navigate between services.

ACCOUNTS

View accounts and balances. Click account titles to view de-tailed information such as Current and Available balances or interest earned (if applicable).

SELECT ACTIVITIY

Select additional account activities such as viewing transaction history, downloading transactions, stop payments, or transferring funds between accounts.

IEWTRANSACTIONS

View your transactions for the past twenty-four months by selecting the Transactions option from the dropdown menu on the Account Access homepage for any of your accounts listed.

CHANGE VIEW

View transactions as far back as twenty-four months. Just select a date range to change the view.

You can download transaction history by selecting the Download option from the dropdown menu on the Account Access homepage.

FILE FORMAT

Choose a file format and then click ‘Submit’ to download your file.

Statement activity will be available for up to three months. To view a statement select a download format from the dropdown menu.

You can view account statements by selecting the State-ments option from the dropdown menu on the Account Access homepage for each of your accounts.

CONFIRMATION

Receipt of the confirmation page indicates the bank has placed the Stop Payment requested on your account. A stop payment order is effective for six months (Please note, to revoke a stop payment you will need contact Customer Service at 1-888-842-3456).

SELECTING STOP PAYMENT

You can add new or view existing stop payments for an account by selecting the Stop Payments option from the dropdown menu on your Account Access homepage.

SELECTING TRANSFERS

You can transfer money between your accounts at Bank of American Fork by selecting the Transfers option from the dropdown menu on your Account Access

homepage.

ADDING A NEW TRANSFER

Add a new transfer by selecting the ac-counts to Transfer funds to and from in drop down menus. Enter the dollar amount you would like to transfer and then set the frequency of your new payment. One time transfers and recurring transfers can be established in Frequency drop down menu. Click ‘Submit’ to initiate your new transfer.

Tired of paying for stamps? With PowerPay—our no fee online bill pay - you can pay anyone, anytime, online . . . with just a few clicks of the mouse! Payments online are sent to your designated payees by check or sent electronically (if your payee has an electronic payment relationship with Bank of American Fork). Setup one-time or reoccurring payments and let us worry about the post-age.

To start paying bills online just follow these four steps:

SELECT ACCOUNTS

Your first time accessing PowerPay you will be asked to add accounts that you would like to use with your PowerPay service. Select your accounts from the dropdown menu and then click ‘Submit.’ Please note that you can add additional accounts later by selecting Add Account from the main PowerPay menu.

Add new payees, or view existing payees, by selecting Payees from the main PowerPay menu.

Select Add Payee from the Payees menu option.

PAYEE INFORMATION

Please include:

1. Payee’s full name (as it would show on a check).

2. In ‘Payee Account Number’ enter a personal memo or an account number if your payee has provided one. 3. Payee’s mailing address.

Click ‘Search’ to confirm existing electronic payment options.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

There are two convenient payment options in PowerPay for creating payments; Add Payment and Quick Payment. Use Add Payment for scheduled or recurring payments and Quick Payments for one- time payments.

ADD PAYMENT

To schedule a payment select the payment account and payee from the dropdown menus. Enter the payment amount, payment frequency, payment date, and then click ’Submit’ to enter your new payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for check payments.

QUICK PAYMENT

To schedule one-time payments select a payee from your PowerPay—Quick Payment menu and then click ‘Submit’ to continue.

Enroll your accounts for eStatements and receive all of the same information that you would normally receive with a paper statement (including your check images, notices, and other important information) securely through your online banking account. No more paper! Now you don’t have to worry about mail theft or loss. Receive your statements in an electronic file format (PDF) that can be securely accessed and saved.

To enroll for eStatements you will need to provide us with an email that we can send statement notices to and then agree to the terms and conditions of the service by clicking ‘Enroll Now.’

VIEWING STATEMENTS

To view your electronic statements select the Statement and Notices tab in the main eStatements menu. Click ‘View’ to the right of each state-ment to open or save your monthly account statestate-ment or notice. State-ments are available for 60 days.

Bank of American Fork’s online banking Options allows you to change your password and Online Banking ID (username), as well as setup account alerts and reminders.

ALERTS

You can setup event alerts, account balance alerts, and personal reminders by selection the Account Names page under Options. Event alerts can be e-mailed or setup to notify you when you log into your online banking.

ACCOUNT NAMES

The Options Account Names page lets you re-label and organize the way your accounts will display in your online banking.

EDIT & DELETE

Existing event alerts are listed and can easily be edited or deleted.
