COURSE TITLE : ECE Laws, Contracts and Ethics

COURSE DESCRIPTION : Fundamentals and Applications of Laws, Rules and Regulation affecting the Electronics and Communications Engineering Profession, including Contracts, Warranties, Patents, Bids and Insurance with respect to observance of Legal and Ethical Conduct.

COURSE OBJECTIVE : To be able to know, understand, be well versed and learned to apply the:

1. Fundamentals of Laws.

2. Basic Structures of Laws Related Procedures.

3. Laws, Rules and Regulations as well as its Implementing Guidelines relevant to ECE Profession.

4. Fundamentals of Obligations and of Contracts.
