Melyssa LaMacchia v. Bartending Academy - Refund occurred as credit card reversals. School retained application fee.

Mary Robinson v. Full Sail University - School investigated and adequately addressed each student allegation.

Stephanie Lawton and Kathleen Schultz v. FYB (Feel Your Best) Yoga Teacher Training School – INACTIVE - Ms. Hennesy offered to let students complete the program. EAB sent the complaint to Yoga Alliance and will work to end its approval of Yoga Therapy program. Cannot pursue refund since program is continuing education.

Claire Patricia Williams v. Globe University - Eau - School showed that she logged into the course management system at least twice a week for four weeks but did not complete any

assignments, nor did she call for technical support. No refund.

Pamela Zamiatowski-Powell v. Herzing University - credits were used towards a degree and could not be used again towards a new degree. School refunded appropriate amount on 11/17/10 and gave her a $718 scholarship to cover her balance.

Victoria Davison v. Herzing University – Federal Financial Aid issue. Ms. Davison told to work directly with the school to solve her issue. Price issue was a mistake made well before Ms. Davison started the program and was corrected before any agreements were signed.

Stephanie Jacock v. Herzing University - Credit price was correct. School found no fault by the professor but offered the course at no fee and would allow her to stay enrolled in the program.

Jaime Lynn Sebero v. Kaplan University - School demonstrated the student was not enrolled in any courses without her consent. School is writing off the account balance.

Jason Albrecht v. Kaplan University - School refunded the student for the last two terms.

David Hein v. Marian College (University) - spoke with Mr. Hein and suggested he ask his daughter, who is the student, to write the complaint to her representative. EAB is unable to assist because the school is exempt and a member of WAICU.

Winona Wright v. Milwaukee Career College - School was able to get student a site. Student completed her externship 1/13/11.

Andrea Buretta v. Milwaukee Career College - School records indicate student had reached attendance threshold prior to hospitalization and would have been dismissed in any case.

 Student and school negotiated her return, and she began attending an open lab to work toward passing competencies for a number of classes. As of 3/1/11, she had passed competencies for one class, and was working toward a second."

Melissa Zillman v. Milwaukee Career College - Complaint closed, school has met its obligation to student."

Susan Griffith v. Milwaukee Career College - Student must complete Prof. Development class before she can be placed on an externship. School offered to work with Student after her work shift. School has not heard from the student since 1/13/11.
