Races and Events
My-Track specializes in Live Tracking applications for races and events due to the large number of tracking devices we have, data cards, software and especially dedicated and trained personnel for any race or event with a large number of participants, with any kind of vehicle.
My Track "On Line Live Tracking" offers:
• Safety. Direct intervention in the event of a sudden stop indication, or in response to correct input in the need to approach an accident.
• Results. Vindication of correct path on given route, but also time keeping on specified control points.
• Communication. Organization and competitors can speak via the tracker which operates as a GSM phone, with vibrating loud ring tone in case of emergency, wrong direction, or new orienteering instructions.
• Live Tracking Display. Displays all competitor's positions (imposed on a map) on a web page, or even projected in a projection room for viewers, in conjunction with display of sponsors, live news and live results
• Playback. Can display an earlier event of on or many competitors, super-imposed on mapped areas
• Back Up. Race data can be kept on a server and can be called up on demand in case of appeals, or used to

• The My Track application has been created and developed especially for races, by people who race (Off Road Team) and who have been active in this segment for a number of years and thus know the needs of organizers
• We decided to develop our own tailor made software after
many years of cooperating with fleet management companies in Greece and Bulgaria who nevertheless we found insufficient in the prerequisites we wanted, and could not cover our needs in regards to racing competitions.
• The My Track software is flexible and can be configured on the spot according to the organizer's demands, so as to display: speeding violations, stationary vehicles, course shortening, off piste vehicles, crashes between vehicles, etc. The live timing of My Track can even be refreshed to 1 second periods!
• My Track is not a dealer / importer or representative of other companies, but a completely Greek company that has invested and developed it's own software, hardware (trackers, servers, displays) and highly trained staff.

About “My-Track” GPS Tracking
If you want to have the BEST solution for GPS Tracking for safety reasons and for very fast response in case of emergency, the basic is to have a good reliable
system; well done and appropriate configuration depended on the race, good GPS reception (probably this is no problem anywhere) and good enough GPRS
coverage…
The last one is the BIGGEST problem in every race… THIS is the reason we use roaming SIM cards! These cards have the advantage that they work with ALL mobile telephone Operators, choosing the best signal in every case continuously. That means, best coverage in any case, compare with simple SIM cards from one operator!
But the other important thing is the people who attend the race via the system… There is no meaning to have the perfect system, if you cannot work with it! We try the BEST to work with the right method to attend our competitors! We propose to put one attendant for every 30 participants! We use one monitor for every 30 participants also!
Our system can send / show us “SOS pop ups”, for suddenly stops (fast deceleration), that means maybe a crash… Parallel, it can gives us sound messages in that case!
The competitors can use “emergency RED buttons” specially constructed for this occasion.
We can use personal trackers or vehicle trackers, with built in batteries systems, especially for the cars (it is heavier), or the same system with electricity from the bike battery for the bikes - quads. For this, we ask for a pair of wires 12V from the bike battery, or a USB plug 5V. (it depends from the system we use in every race). The energy consumption is very low, from 40-140mAh, so there is no problem with the vehicle batteries.

About “My-Track” GPS Tracking
Our plan:
- We must have as soon as possible the GPS Tracks and the full race plan, so to configure the race.
- We put the trackers in the bikes or cars the day before the race.
- We need some 12V plugs from some bikes for this. Vehicle trackers are better. But we can work with personal trackers too. (It’s your decision!). We also give trackers to the organization personnel – vehicles.
- “My Track” Administrator and his helper with organization guys will stay in the office move less ALL RACE LONG, to control the race!
- There is NO GPS Tracking in the car, travelling, with USB stick internet… We must have an office, and very good internet connection!
- One more person in Athens, will be ON the server all race long, to talk with “My Track” Administrator via Skype, and to help him in every problem.
- “My Track” Administrator will be in continually contact with you or the safety personnel of the race, to give them information about the rhythm of the race, about the last competitors, about what time they arriving at every CP, about the GPS coordinates of every incident! We must have mobile phones for this!
- One more guy from our side, with one guy from your side, will follow the race (in the paddocks in case of 2-3 rounds) to give and collect the trackers, to change batteries, to solve problems, etc.
- Safety personnel, Clerk of the course, you, ambulances, the marshals and other people, it is good to have a laptop or a smartphone to follow the race, and react in case of emergency. Our system is compatible with every smartphone.
DON’T forget!
We can have Live Public Tracking for the internet viewers, to follow the race and the competitors from the internet! That means, we can promote your sponsors on it!
