Supply Chain MDP Vision and Mission

Vision

Management Development Program participants will drive best-in-class results while simultaneously developing the core competencies required in Operations leaders of a Fortune 500 company.

Mission

The Management Development Program will develop top college graduates into the future leaders of Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering for Newell Rubbermaid. MDP participants will rotate through four distinct six-month roles including at least one supervisory assignment. In doing so, they will fulfill business needs throughout Newell Rubbermaid, and develop themselves through on-the-job and formal training. After completing the program, MDP participants will take on the challenge of permanent positions throughout the company.
