I am currently working as Image Processing Engineer In Teliportme. We have
developed fastest panorama capture and optimised quality and time to beat
industry standards set by iOS and Google . It is currently in Beta testing. Please

Work description:
● Built an instant stitching panorama capture application from scratch which involves Image matching, Image Blending , Cylindrical projection in GPU, Seam finding using NEON.
● Built a 3d spherical and cylindrical Viewer to view the stitched panoramas.
● Built the entire capture interface from scratch which involves a complex design and rendering live preview of the stitched panorama.
● Built an App Pluto to convert panoramas to Tiny planets using stereographic projection and implemented several geometric transforms to distort Tiny planet.( App store link ) ● Implemented various image registration techniques involving Keypoint Matching,
Fourier Matching and matching using Optical Flow. Reduced the computation time from 5 secs to 1.3 secs without compromising accuracy of registration combining optical flow and motion data from device.
● Implemented multiband blending along with VChannel based exposure compensation and achieved seamless blending with almost negligible blend width in auto exposure mode.
● Responsible for the entire Panorama Capture module.
● Built the capture with custom auto exposure mode to run capture at very low exposure durations to avoid motion blur.

Description :Game Controller Design Using Image Processing and Sensor Data
Summary :
Design of a game controller by merging data from three dimensional accelerometer
and location of controller estimated from image processing data.
Work description:
● The main theme of this project is to create a game controller using an onboard
camera and an accelerometer. We track position of device in space using a color
sticker on device, and it’s orientation using accelerometer. We attempted to
merge image processing techniques and accelerometer data for consolidated
lively gaming interface. To enable easy detection of movement of controller in
space, we placed a red color strip on arduino . Merging the data from 3
dimensional accelerometer and location of controller from image processing
techniques made the interface more lively.
● It is implemented in MATLAB

Description :Removal of unwanted elements from a video or a sequence of still images
Summary :
We encounter many unwanted moving objects coming into our videos and images.
This project was intended to remove selected moving objects from a sequence of
frames based on user input.
Work description: We tried two approaches.
●
A pixel in the unwanted object is selected.Edge detection and region growing techniques are used to extract the boundaries of the unwanted object followed by replacement of pixels from the previous image.●
We also tried using image subtraction and thresholding to get a black and white image on which we extract blobs and remove the blobs which contain pixel selected by user. A program which automatically guides robot through the maze and reaches its last point overcoming obstacles and moving objects is being implemented. Arduino board is used as interface between Computer and robot. Overhead camera is used to take video continuously and process them to give input to robot.
