The TUNE corporate logo is the primary visible representation of our company, people, and brand. It is a reflection of our brand identity, and as such, its usage must be consistent with the approved forms outlined in this document. Please refer to the following guidelines when representing TUNE in digital or print usage.

INCORRECT USAGE

Please do not alter the TUNE logo(s) from their appearance. This includes, but is not limited to,

scaling disproportionally, changing the structure/positioning, altering the color, adding backgrounds, adding effects, or any other treatment that alters the mark from its provided version(s). If there is any question as to the appropriateness of usage, please contact us at [email protected].

COMPANY NAME, TRADEMARK, ATTRIBUTION STATEMENT

TUNE is the exclusive owner of a comprehensive suite of marks, trade secrets, patents, copyrights and other proprietary content. Do not attempt to obtain ownership rights on our brand assets. These

guidelines are designed to help our licensees and other authorized users refer to our brand assets,

correctly use logos in different circumstances, and otherwise guide use of our assets. If you wish to use our brand assets for commercial purposes, please request permission by email to [email protected]. How to write “TUNE”

Our official company name is Tune, Inc., but please call us “TUNE” in all external communications. You may also refer to us as “TUNE (formerly known as HasOffers)”.

Company name

Please do not use any of our company or product names (including TUNE, MobileAppTracking, or HasOffers) as part of your service, website, trade, or product names. Please do not imply an

association exists between your brand assets and TUNE brand assets without our prior written consent. For instance, do not use, blend, or incorporate our logo into yours. You must use our brand assets in accordance with the TUNE Terms of Use. Do not use our brand assets in a manner that disparages TUNE or its business, or that is deceptive, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or

otherwise objectionable. Notice & attribution

Please include an attribution statement in your notices when using our marks, as applicable. Proper attribution is important to protect our brand equity and goodwill. TUNE will exercise its rights to prevent misleading uses, particularly those uses that are likely to cause confusion or damage our brand.
