weekly events in order to come to the special events and they don’t have to come to every weekly

event in order to enjoy the program. Refer to June/July calendars for everything that will be going

on this summer at the library.

Additionally, we will have a “Wall of Rainbows” where we will have “Award Rainbows” for

eve-ry book the child reads. The “Award Rainbows” will include child’s name and their favorite book for

that round!

These weekly events will be based on “Reading colors your world” themes which you can

find themes on calendars attached pages 4-5.

This program’s packet will be sent home with students at the local school or can be picked up

at the library. As usual, our program will culminate with a Grand Finale, July 28

child will get to make their very own fairy garden.

We will again have a weekly challenge to connect learning and home. These challenges, as

well as the program calendar and other fun extras, will be included in our SRP packet, available at

the library when you turn in your registration form beginning May 12

th

Families can sign up for the SRP with the attached form. Everyone enrolled in the program will

receive a fun bag, filled with goodies, and complete details about the events and program.
