MathSP Relationship Manager (Part-Time):
Students learn best in different ways; some are able to thrive in a large
classroom environment, while others need more individualized attention. At MathSP, our goal is to help all students realize their full potential.
MathSP Relationship Managers understand how important it is to invest
in education. MathSP provides academic support to students in middle and high school, helping them to succeed in all levels of math and science subjects as well as on standardized tests for college admissions. As a MathSP Relationship Manager, you will use your skills and talents to build relationships and create partnerships with teachers, counselors, and administrators, enabling MathSP to reach students and families.
MathSP Relationship Managers are committed to bringing value to their
communities. By collaborating with school administrators, teachers, counselors, and parents, our goal is to unlock the potential of Atlanta’s students, boost their confidence and understanding of math and science concepts, and help each individual achieve their target scores for college admission.

MathSP Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate and nurture relationships with middle school and high
school teachers, counselors, administrators, parent organizations and local community organizations; champion education in schools and communities; and support school and community initiatives and programming.
2. Assist with outreach to parents and school personnel; provide information about MathSP’s academic support services, including math and science academic tutoring, and college admission services, including admission workshops and test preparation, to local schools.
3. Increase MathSP’s visibility in schools and community; discuss school needs and possible solutions with school personnel; assist in securing partnerships, sponsorships, and other engagements at school and community events and functions.

Applicant Requirements
College degree required, advanced degree preferred. Professional experience with project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to drive and influence results. Passion for education advocacy. Relatively flexible schedule. Engaging personality.
Ability to connect with people.
Extremely detail oriented and organized.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong commitment to the mission and vision of the program.
