The Equine Department of the veterinary School of Lyon (VetAgro Sup, France) has a long history of providing enriching education for veterinarians. I am convinced that if you are about to treat a horse, you and its owner would certainly like to ensure that your patient will receive the best possible care. That’s why we are always trying to tailor continuing education courses to your needs and feedbacks and why today our team offers a range of exceptional programs to help all professionals expand their knowledge and hone their skills. The Veterinary campus of Lyon is the only French veterinary School, and one of the few in Europe to have double accreditation, AEEEV from Europe and AVMA from the USA, which is a label of unquestionable quality. Our School is also authorized to grant continuing teaching credits (CFCects) for each action. Welcome to Lyon to for exciting program of equine practical continuing education courses.

se of arthroscopy equipment and discussion of the merits and the limits of this

technique in the horse. Practical classes will run in small groups of maximum three per work station. Arthroscopic approaches of the tarsocrural, fetlock, carpal, distal interphalangeal femoropatellar joints will be performed during these practical classes. The training will also include introduction of specific techniques used in equine arthroscopy and a case discussion.

Practical information

Number of participants : 8 (min) 12 (max)

Modalities of learning : 2 days / 3:30 hours of presentations, 1:30 hours of tutorial classes, 9 hours of practical classes

Award : certificate of CPD attendance

Time table does not include discussions between lecturers and trai-nees.

Order of themes is subject to lecturers availabilty trainees have to be ponctual and assiduous.

VetAgro Sup could cancel a course one week in advance if the num-ber of trainees is insufficient.
