The 2015 PACB (Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers) is offering a scholarship to children whose parent is an employee of a member bank for at least the past two years. This $1,000 scholarship is renewable for three additional years if QPA qualifications are maintained. High school seniors must be planning to attend an accredited college, university, or community college on a fulltime basis. Applications must be postmarked no later than February 13, 2015. There are numerous scholarships available through the "Big 33" Scholarship Foundation. Seniors who are planning to continue their education beyond high school are asked to visit www.big33.org to learn more about these opportunities and to apply. The Asian American Heritage Committee of the Federal Executive Board of Pittsburgh is offering its “Outstanding Asian American Student” Award to students who are in grades 11 and 12. Have a household family income that does not exceed 80% of the median for the Pittsburgh MSA (see your counselor for specifics), 3.
