the prestigious ‘institut paul bocuse,’ located in lyon, france, is world-renowned for training tomorrow’s leaders in the hotel, restaurant and culinary arts sectors. it teaches time-honored techniques along with modern management skills to meet the current and future needs of the international foodservice and hospitality industries. over the past two years, students have worked very closely with students at the institut paul bocuse on the development of marketing and product strategies for leading luxury hospitality providers, and benefited from various team-building exercises amongst the location’s most distinguished setting.
l experiencing World class service environments at ecole Hôtelière de lausanne - switzerland
for the last two years, students have spent over 3 months of the programme at the “ecole hôtelière de lausanne” in Switzerland, the world’s first-ranked hospitality management school. their philosophy of learning, in addition to combining experience and discovery, leads to the mastering of the arts and sciences of hospitality management. classes that cover the full range of management topics during this period are adapted to the luxury industry and include history of the hospitality sector, supply chain management, legal environment, local marketing and customer relations.
