Market Development
• Places recent graduates at HNC/HND, degree or postgraduate level to work
on short term projects (3 to 12 months) that contribute towards company growth and productivity, including investigating international markets
• Minimum salary £16k per annum
• Support up to 30% of the costs of undertaking the project OR
• Maximum contribution of £6k towards a graduate's annual gross salary

Market Development
• Experienced international business development resource for up to 24
months to accelerate international market development
• Can be a contractor/consultant, temporary employee or permanent
employee - must be new to the company, not existing staff
• Appointee can be based in-market
• Up to 30% of salary costs including overtime and Employer’s NI
• Maximum salary supported is £60k per annum
• An Introductory level version of this product is available for smaller projects
with funding up to £10k available e.g. part-time for few months
