Redesigned the salvage area and implemented proper systems and controls. Ensured the maize and flour area adhered to strict hygiene standards with outsourced cleaning company ensuring that no infestation in the area. Managed staff, skills growth and always promoted from within. Returns Centre Manager.

Set up a new operation which would receive all the damage stock from the stores. This Facility would supply the Main DC with all the equipment used in the picking and despatching of stock.

The Returns Centre had an initial staff of 100 staff across 4 shifts and 4 separate Labour Brokers.

Communicated with the transport manager to ensure that there was a supply of trailers for the main Distribution Centre.

400 trailers were despatched on a daily basis.
