Penalty Calculator

Exclusive feature to AMS, the Penalty Calculator provides the functionality and precision that operators, pilots, and maintenance crews depend upon when calculating cycling penalties to ensure the useful life of a component based on the manufacturer’s requirement.

Air Keeper Tool

Air Keeper Tool will alert users to the remaining time until the next maintenance task for each aircraft, without the need to consult AMM, via a permanent desktop window. This tool is excellent to assist flight dispatch operations.

AMM Remote Reporting - Online

A web-based portal allowing you to generate a forecast list, view Aircraft Maintenance reports, open active work-orders and verify inventory stock levels. Pilots can update the flight logs as well as report defects, and clients can access their aircraft information from anywhere in real time.

Electronic Signature

Improve control, traceability, and security with our Electronic Signature option. Each employee has a certification log adapted to their responsibility level and can sign electronically work orders and technical log books.

Aircraft Template Audit Tool

For aircraft linked to a configuration template, the tool will generate an Excel spreadsheet to enable rapid visualization and detection of components or tasks discrepancies as well as omissions.

Document Manager

The Document Manager enables you to attach and save any type of documents such as pictures, PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, drawings, and even hyperlinks for easy reference.

Mobile Inventory Count

Inventory control made easy in 3 simple steps: Import current inventory data into the mobile scanner, scan the physical inventory with the scanner, and compare inventory discrepancies listed by the system through a generated report.

Multi Base

Control the inventory of separate bases, create min/max per base, transfer parts between bases and also enable different logos and/or addresses for easy identification. Ideal for organizations who manage inventory for each base independently and possibly operate under different appellations.

Time Manager

A great system that can track employees’ weekly labour (clock-in/out) or time allotted to a specific task from a work order. This option is central for labour time invoicing and maintenance costs performance evaluation.

SMART Inventory Checkout Tool

With a wireless scanner, you can now scan all parts needed & assign them directly onto an invoice, work order, or job card. It automatically removes parts from stock with full traceability and accountability.

Inventory Snapshot Tool

Making a copy of your inventory for reporting purposes is vital for your business. More often than not, manual inventory copies aren’t done in regular intervals which defeats the purpose. With this tool, you can automatically program an inventory snapshot weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed.

Tool Check In/Out

Manufacturing Work Report

Designed for manufacturers (of parts, components or aircraft), this option facilitates the creation of work orders covering all steps related to a production process, from initial material to final result, including labour. The system will attribute a new tracking number to your product, making it available for sale in Inventory Manager.

Component Work Report

This option creates work orders covering the overhaul or repair of components, facilitating invoicing or internal maintenance cost control. Essential for shops that conduct overhauls and/or repairs.
