In my years as an entrepreneur and professor, I have worked with countless leaders, companies, and teams. Although their goals and aspirations may be starkly different, they have all had the same experience: It takes a lot to be successful, and if you don't get the best out of your people – you won't succeed. In other words: learning and helping others learn have become the most important skills in the 21st century. This also holds true for unlearning and relearning things like knowledge, skills, behavior, or even attitudes.
However, before we want our people to learn anything new or embrace change, we have to enable them to do so. Designing Talent will do just that. It will help you and your people become better at becoming better.
Designing Talent is a framework we have crafted after years of research and testing. It makes the ingenuity of Design Thinking applicable for leadership and talent development and will help you unleash the full innovation and learning potential of your people.
In our online program, we will take our participants on a personal learning journey over 4 months, giving them time to reflect, get maximum practical expe-rience, and a deep understanding of a state-of-the-art learning and coaching framework.

The Online Certification Program spans 4 months with 2 sessions per month (3 hours each) and additional pre-work and in-between practical application. The online sessions consist of short lectures and discussions, team exercises, and practical application and training in small breakout groups (3-4 people). You will get the dates and links (Zoom) prior to the program. You will also get access to our online learning platform which includes all of the materials and tools we cover.

Especially in fast-changing times like these, we often don't know how to approach and find answers to individual, team, or company challenges. What's needed is: a simple, yet reliable process for finding the best solution in any context. That is why we created ACE. ACE is a design thinking-based process with two levels. The ACE process is the key to effective problem-solving, performance improvement, and learning.
Identify and ACE your challenges
To learn the Designing Talent approach and apply the ACE process, you are invited to take an assessment (You at Your Best) prior to the workshop. This will help you identify your learning opportunities and challenges. Over the course of the program, you will work on your challenge and receive feedback from facilitators and peers.

Professor Matthias Ehrhardt has extensive experi- ence in building up, investing in, restructuring, and growing companies in diverse industries such as me-dia, training, manufacturing, and technology. Today, he is engaged in businesses and start-ups that focus on learning and talent development. In addition, he has served as an executive coach and facilitator for talent development, entrepreneurship, and lead- ership at various universities and companies for over 20 years. He has worked with startups, VC and pri- vate equity firms, family businesses, leading business schools, and global corporations.
Learning and talent development have always been a passion of his. Matthias has a master of adminis- tration studies (M.A.S.), a master in media psycho-logy (M.A.), a PhD in law (Dr. iur.), and another
PhD in art history (Dr. phil.) from the University of Munich. He is an alumnus of IESE Business School's AMP, Columbia Business School's CIBE, and Harvard Business School's Owners and Presidents Manage-ment Program (OPM). Matthias has attended IESE's International Faculty Program (IFP), the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (ECI/ACI), and is a founding fellow of the Institute of Coaching (ICPA) at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate. Matthias holds numerous certifications in talent development, coaching, and training (CPLP, HOGAN, Learning Agility, Emotional Intelligence, ATD Master Trainer, TKI, MBTI, etc.). He is engaged in training and supervising other executive coaches and facili- tators and regularly speaks at conferences on leader- ship, talent development, and coaching.
