If you choose to transfer your numbers, the following one off Port charges will also apply per number. You can transfer all of your existing numbers or we can give you new numbers. Your numbers always remain your property.

Emergency restore can only be actioned within 24 hours of port completion. If a customer had DSL on one of the lines that was ported, the DSL will have to be manually reordered with their chosen provider. If customer wishes to migrate back to the Eircom PSTN network after 24 hours, new line lead times and prices apply. Ancillary services will not transfer as part of the porting process. The customer should set these up on the VoIP Phone system in advance of the port completion. Customer must port over all lines in a hunt group in the same port or the port will reject.

We offer an assisted installation service. This will cost €199 which is chargeable on the customers first bill. The engineer will configure the handsets and ensure the service is working at the router. The engineer will not touch or change any aspect of the customers LAN or internal cabling.
