B. Narrative
School Psychologist’s Comments:
I wish I had more time to work with students directly. It can be difficulty with the number of students to test and the time spent consulting with teachers and administrators.
Administrator’s Comments:
Ms. School Psych has been able to make progress on the goals that she set out for herself despite having one of her assigned schools not open their new building at the beginning of the year as planned, and the students being reassigned to other schools. That school recently opened. Ms. School Psych is one who often strives high.

G. NarrativeSchool Psychologist’s Comments:
I feel like I have a much better understanding of Common Core than I did at the beginning of the year; as with most educators, I believe this understanding will continue to evolve over the next couple of years. I would like to continue developing my skills related to ESL evaluation. While I do feel like I learned a lot in that area, I’d like to be able to apply it which will happen when I do, inevitably, start getting ESL
Administrator’s Comments:
Ms. School Psych is encouraged to continue to develop her skills in the assessment of diverse populations. Ms. School Psych provides comprehensive services to the schools that she serves and overall is a
referrals at my school. Finally, I did have some
opportunities to work with students directly this year (outside of formal evals). Much of my work continues to be consultative and behind the scenes. I feel most effective and most job satisfaction when I see direct student effects; that is, when I’ve been able to work with data to drive instruction. If I can be involved in the intervention side then great! If it’s just consultative and on the data side, then that’s fine. But, that is the work that excites me and that I want to continue!!
