Today, Herchenbach specialises in the construction of light-weight aluminium buildings for industry and trade. Herchenbach has been an owner-run company since 1924. Our company’s most important goal is not only to uphold the high quality standards of our lightweight structures, but also to provide our customers with comprehensive advice and support.

Our lightweight buildings are supported by our Heba-Fix®_{aluminium structures}

with patent-protected steel inserts. Our lightweight structures satisfy the high-est quality requirements and conform with the lathigh-est DIN and Euro standards. Our TÜV-inspected Heba-Fix®_{static plans are designed for permanent}

structu-res in accordance with EN 1991. Snow loads up to 1.35 kN / m² and wind loads up to 1.0 kN/m² are possible.

Our Heba-Fix®_{structures offer maximum flexibility and mobility along with the}

stability of a fixed construction. Our self-supporting structures have a suspen -ded width of 5 to 25 m. Greater widths are possible with several aisles. The eave heights range from 3.40 to 6.40 m.

2 - 5 The translucent roof tarpaulins create light inside rooms for a wide range of uses.

The side walls can be designed with tarpaulins, trapezoidal sheet metal or in-sulating sandwich panels. The roofs can be tarpaulins, trapezoidal sheet metal or our patent-protected Heba-Therm®_{roof tarpaulins the latter enabling us to}

achieve excellent values in terms of heat, cold and soundproofing, and thus combine the advantages of a flexible tarpaulin with the insulating properties of

the sandwich panels.

We offer a wide range of accessories, including gates, doors and windows. From the simple sliding gate to the high-speed gate for the highest demands, we al-ways have the right solution for our customers. Herchenbach also provides ligh-ting, heating and air conditioning for your temporary structures.

Our lightweight buildings are available for hire or purchase. On expiry of the hire contract, we will be happy to offer you an interesting purchase option. It is entirely up to you whether you extend your contract once it expires, return the

structure or decide to purchase it. We will also supply you with financing support

via a leasing provider.

Herchenbach offers you complete and comprehensive support, from the first consultation to the flawless project management. We support you in your appli

-cation for floating structures, in drawing up construction appli-cations, as well as designing fire prevention concepts. The lightweight structures are built by our

– Lightweight structures

Cost-effective

The construction can be erected without foundations on al-most all surfaces. The assembly is fast and cheap due to the light aluminium structure and the standardised roof and side wall panelling.

Durable

Our TÜV-inspected static plans are designed for permanent structures in accordance with EN 1991. Snow loads up to 1.35 kN/m² and wind loads up to 1.0 kN/m² are possible. They thus satisfy the requirements for the granting of a

cons-truction permit. Higher loads are possible on request.

Multifunctional

The possible uses of our lightweight structures as a storage structure, sales structure, production or repair garage struc-ture, airport check-in strucstruc-ture, assembly structure or as a sport and riding structure are practically unlimited.

Maintenance- and wear-free

The bracing technique of our roof and wall tarpaulins makes them maintenance- and wear-free. It enables a constant bra-cing pressure and prevents the formation of water bulges in the roof area.

Our product range with a PVC tent roof. This version offers the maximum cost effectiveness and mobility. With an additional PVC inside tarpaulin we offer pro-tection against condensation for the interior. Our patent-protected Heba-Therm®

roof tarpaulin offers additional heat, cold and sound protection.

Lightweight structure with fixed roof

Our Heba-Fix®_{aluminium structure can also be given a roof of trapezoidal sheet}

metal or insulating sandwich panels. The structure then satisfies higher fire pre -vention requirements and offers improved heat insulation. The advantages of

the industrial tents in terms of cost effectiveness, flexibility, mobility and assem

-bly speed compared to a fixed steel construction remain unchanged.

Lightweight structure with office

On a project basis, we also offer you for all our structure types the integration of

an office complex for the construction of a combined office and trade structure. This is a cost-effective integration of the offices in the lightweight structure. They have a flexible floor plan and furnishings. The office complex can be integrated

in the lightweight structure irrespective of the weather. This takes less time to produce. There are low requirements of the substrate as, depending on the type of use of the structure, a complete concrete slab is not needed. When the site changes its use, the structure can be easily dismantled.

suspension of lighting right through to the laying of the floor. Don’t worry – your

Approval process

Whether you want to apply for a temporary building for short-term use or for a construction permit for long-term projects, we’ll provide you with the necessary documents. We offer TÜV-inspected static plans and current inspection books including static plans for every structure type. Transport

If desired, you can of course pick up our structures yourself ex works. But the majority of our customers make use of our transport service. We deliver the lightweight structures rapidly and reliably with our own vehicles or with our part-ner shipping companies.

Maintenance and repair

While manoeuvering with the forklift truck, a tarpaulin was torn, a piece of sheet metal dented or a structure damaged? No problem for our maintenance and repair teams. We stock all spare parts so that they are instantly available. Our teams repair most tarpaulins on site.

Development

Special gates for an aircraft hangar, special gate heights for special vehic-les, dust-proof structures, special lighting concepts, high-speed gates for de-manding requirements in the logistics sector – our technical department and partners will be happy to help you develop individual solutions to solve your company’s problems.

We’ll create the ideal wall panelling to suit your requirements. The industrial tar-paulin offers a cost-effective weather protection privacy screen that also provi-des good lighting conditions in the structure. The robust trapezoidal sheet metal is burglar-proof and ideal for withstanding a high level of daily stress. If the struc-ture needs to be heated or cooled, our insulated panels with heat transmission

coefficients of up to 0.31 W/m²K are used. For special applications, we can also supply our structures with special acoustic panels for soundproofing, as well as fire prevention panels. Other special wall panelling is available on request.

All wall panels can be supplied in a range of RAL colours and wall thicknesses depending on the customer’s needs. If an element is damaged, the wall ele-ments can be quickly and cheaply replaced.

Our industrial tarpaulin roofs are not only much more cost-effective than fixed roofs; in comparison to fixed roofs, they also offer a range of other advantages:

they are translucent and let light into your lightweight structure, they are quick to assemble, easy to replace in the event of damage and, if the structure is mo-ved or dismantled, they are completely reusable. A tarpaulin is inserted inside or underneath to protect against condensation.

If construction regulations or practical considerations make it necessary, we can make your lightweight structure roof out of trapezoidal sheet metal or in-sulated panels.

Insulated Heba-Therm

®

_{roof tarpaulin}

Heba-Fix®_{structures can also be optionally fitted with a patent-protected}

Heba-Therm®_{roof tarpaulin, which offers excellent insulation values of up to}

0.2 W / m² K. This not only significantly reduces your energy costs for heating or cooling your industrial tents, but also offers additional soundproofing.

For structures with large spans, the Heba-Therm®_{tarpaulin is only used in the}

roof, and for smaller structures it’s also used in the side walls. It is inserted in the aluminium structure and doesn’t require any maintenance. Of course, we

can provide proof of flame resistance for the combination of tarpaulin and insu -lating material in accordance with EN 13501.

Herchenbach lightweight structures have roofing solutions to suit every need: roof

tarpaulins with and without condensation protection, fixed roofs or our Heba-Therm

®

roof tarpaulins with excellent insulation and soundproofing properties.

Windows

Welded windows of transparent film are ideal for lightweight structures with tar

-paulin side walls. One cost-effective and efficient solution for trapezoidal sheet

metal structures is transparent plastic panels (window strips). For instance, we can integrate tilt and turn windows with double glazing in our insulated panels. You can choose from the whole range of windows, including glazing with burglar-proof safety glass.

If your tarpaulin roofs don’t let in enough light, we’ll be happy to build any kind of

windows into the side walls of your lightweight structure. We have a wide range of

windows. We’ll be happy to advise you.

Floors

In many cases, Herchenbach lightweight structures are easily erected

on a fixed substrate. If necessary, we can also deliver and lay a floor

for your structure.

Our standard range offers everything, from a simple wooden floor to a heavy-duty floor that is accessible for forklift trucks. Our wooden floor is mostly used in canteens or sales structures. The heavy-duty floor that is accessible for forklift

trucks is an alternative to paving or asphalt in the storage sector. It can be laid

in a sand bed on compacted gravel. The heavy-duty OSB floor is mostly used in

sales structures where the shelving causes high load concentrations. We can

offer further floor types after a detailed consultation.

Flooring
