Classical Chamber Music

Register for chamber music on the College Office website.

Requests for placement will be considered, but coordinators are responsible for assignments.

You may enroll in one chamber ensemble per quarter for 0 credit. To be in a second group, you will be charged for the 1 credit registration.

What is considered a full-time load?

Anything from 6-8 credit hours is considered a

full-time load for a graduate student.

At this level, you are eligible for all privileges of

full-time students, e.g., U-PASS, medical, loans.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Students need to make meaningful progress

towards the degree in order to remain in the

A minimal GPA of 2.5 is required.

Graduate courses require a C- or better in

How long do I have to finish

my degree?

Graduate students have a maximum of 6 years to complete the degree, from the time of the first

enrollment. If a student needs to extend beyond these six years due to extenuating circumstances, a request may be put in writing and will be reviewed by the School of Music Exceptions Committee.
