This Agreement between Customer (Account named above) and RXinsider will govern the provision of goods, services or other considerations (hereinafter “Services”) referenced herein throughout the Term Dates of this Agreement.
Annual Renewal:
Customer may renew the Term of this Agreement for an additional year of service by accepting, and paying in full, the renewal invoice from RXinsider. RXinsider will present a service renewal invoice 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term to Customer. Price increases will not exceed 5% year over year. Customer has no obligation to renew. Payment is due thirty (30) days after invoice date. A 1.5% finance charge, 18% APR, will be applied to all past due amounts.
App Marketing (additional marketing exposure):
For added exposure, at no cost to Customer, and subject to Customer approval, Customer would like RXinsider to incorporate Customer’s mobile app icon graphic in promotional material including email campaigns, social networks, website graphics, print ads, trade show collateral, and postal mailers whenever possible.
