This also includes access to the lodge the day following your wedding to
gather your personal items and decorations so you don’t need to worry about that the night of your wedding.
In addition, you can also use the lodge
the day after your wedding for a get-together to gather friends and family.

At Plattekill, you are our only focus. We host one wedding a weekend to give you the personal service you deserve.
In addition, we understand the importance of taking time to create the perfect day and making it uniquely yours.
So not only do we give you the entire venue on your wedding day, but we give you the week leading up to your big day to prepare, decorate, welcome friends and family and truly take in and treasure the whole experience.

The Details
If the event is canceled for any reason other than “force majeure”, all deposits paid until that point are non-refundable. If cancellation is due to “force majeure”, or an Act of God preventing the event from taking place as scheduled, venue will allow the event to be rescheduled with no penalty to the Client.

Wedding Event Insurance can be purchased at wedsafe.com.
Upon receipt of a booking deposit, a contract will be supplied detailing our policies and procedures. Signed contract is due within 2 weeks of receipt. All package pricing is subject to change and only becomes final with your signed contract.
Upon receipt of your signed contract a ‘preferred vendor list’ will be supplied.
All major credit cards as well as personal checks are accepted for payment.
The remaining balance, based on a final guest count, is due 6-weeks prior to
your booked date. The final count is not subject to reduction. You are responsible for 100% of your guest count or the actual number of guests served, if greater than that for final payment
A payment of 50% based on a minimum guaranteed guest count is due 6 months prior to your booked date.
To secure a date, a non-refundable booking deposit of $2500 is required.

Plattekill Mountain’s catering services are provided by Full Moon Catering and features a full spectrum of fresh, bountiful presentations prepared with locally sourced (seasonally available) ingredients. Choose from traditional or
barbecue-style wedding menus with many options and selections.
Catering services include:
White Cloth napkins
Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water
Biodegradable bamboo plates, glassware, and stainless flatware Cake cutting and plating (if cake selected thru our catering service) Service staff
If an outside caterer is selected, a fee of
$1000 includes use of the kitchen facility by the caterer for prepping as well as a Plattekill food-service staff member who will work with your caterer as a liason.
Please note all tableware, flatware, linens etc are the responsibility of the caterer as well as service staff for the entire event from table set-up to clean up, coffee, and cake
cutting/plating.
We also welcome outside caterers if you wish to select a caterer of your choosing.

Plattekill Mountain offers a variety of beverage services to suit your needs. All bar pricing is based on 5-hours of full-service bartending and is billed based on a full headcount of any guest over 21-years-old, regardless of alcohol consumption.
