The AdvantAge Group: AdvantAge Groups are small groups of senior citizens who come together to practice an active lifestyle. They meet regularly for recreation and entertainment- morning walk groups, yoga groups, carom groups, etc to stay physically, mentally, socially active.

Our elders have wealth of knowledge and experience which need to be shared and AdvantAge Groups makes this possible. Groups get together to take on activities or projects which uses their skills to benefit society - be it a neighborhood water harvesting project or simply teaching a few underprivileged children.
