» Statistics (with computer application) – for students with a BA/BS degree + must be within 5 years

Admission Requirements

»Minimum college cumulative and prerequisite GPA of 3.0 for the regular track, 3.3 for the accelerated track (BA/BS to BS)

»All prerequisites with a “C” or better

»Application with personal essay

»Official transcripts from all college credits

»Pre-entrance exams (TEAS & Critical Thinking)

»Three letters of recommendation (2 from instructors)

»Completion of HS or equivalent

»All qualified applicants will be invited to interview

»Recommended: It is recommended that applicants obtain volunteer or work experience in a hospital/clinical setting

MS Information

» Program Details

~ 2-3 years for MS

~ Class Size: 25 students

» Program Highlights

~ Part-time schedule meets one day per week (until clinicals)

» Required Preparation

~ Bachelors Degree in Nursing required

~ Minimum 3.0 GPA for Master’s programs

~ One full year of RN work experience required before starting clinical courses

(excluding CRNA)

CRNA Information

» Program Details

~ Full-time program

~ Fall entry, deadline February 1

~ Class Size: 10-15 students

» Program Highlights

~ 30 months (10 quarters) in length

~ First year (4 quarters) are didactic

~ Final 6 quarters consist of clinical residency along with didactic coursework.

» Required Preparation

~ BS in nursing or equivalent from an accredited school in the U.S.

~ Cumulative & Science GPA – 3.0 or higher

~ RN licensure; RN in California before clinical courses

~ Minimum 1 year, full-time adult critical care RN experience

~ Clinical observation with CRNA – 8 hours
