2016 FIT FAMILY CHALLENGE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. ELIGIBILITY: The 2016 Fit Family Challenge Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of North Carolina, 18 years of age or older as of May 1, 2016. Spotlight Families are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of Morris Media Network, specifically Carolina Parent, Charlotte Parent, and Piedmont Parent magazines; Seaside Media specifically Wilmington Parent magazine; and Gannett Company specifically WNC Parent magazine, The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated (“Sponsors”) and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Releasees”), and each of their immediate family members (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsors. Internet access is required in order to enter this Sweepstakes.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2016 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on June 26, 2016 (the "Promotional Period"). There will be a minimum of one (1) prize per Territory (defined in Rule 4) awarded each week for eight (8) weeks during the Promotional Period in weekly random drawings from among all eligible entries received. Entries are cumulative; thus non-winning weekly entries are eligible for subsequent weekly random drawings.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must register to create an account, at no cost, and register the participants who make up their ‘family unit’. A family unit may include adults, parent(s), grandparent(s), or legal guardian(s), and child(ren) in their family. The minimum number of participants in a family unit is two (2). The maximum number of adult participants 18 years of age or older in any family unit is four (4). To access the 2016 Fit Family Challenge Sweepstakes application, you must go to www.myfitfamilychallenge.com to access the Registration Page and select the applicable Territory in which you reside (see list below). You will be asked to complete and submit the online Registration Form including your first and last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, county, birth year, gender, email address (where you wish to be notified as a potential prize winner), family member(s) name(s) and birth year(s). Limit one (1) registration per family unit/household. Entrant must earn 100 points minimum to be eligible for any prize drawings. (See Rule 5 below on how to earn points).

100 points earned. Entries must be received by dates stated in the chart in Rule 6 to be entered in that week’s Drawing. Each Drawing shall be referred to herein as a “Weekly Drawing”. Non-winning entries received for one Weekly Drawing will be eligible for subsequent Weekly Drawings. A “week”, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, is defined as the 7-day period beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on the dates listed in Rule 6 (each, an “Entry Period”).

6. RANDOM DRAWINGS: One (1) potential weekly prize winner per Territory will be selected in random drawings each week from all entries received within each Territory based on the chart below. Limit one (1) weekly prize per family unit. The potential Grand Prize winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received from NC Territory 1, Territory 2, Territory 3, during the Promotion Period in random drawings conducted on or about June 27, 2016. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each of the applicable Drawings. *due to Memorial Day holiday, the drawing period is extended after week four (4).

7. GOLD STAR CLUB RANDOM DRAWINGS: Participants who are the primary family unit account holder (must be 18 years of age or older) who reach a goal of 150 minutes per consecutive week of activity or exercise during the challenge period below are eligible to be a member of the GOLD STAR CLUB drawings. Eligible Gold Star Club members must complete and enter 150/minutes per consecutive week (minimum) of activity/exercise for all four weeks from the period of May 1–May 28, 2016 (11:59:59 p.m. ET) to be entered into the GOLD STAR CLUB Drawing. One (1) potential prize winner per Territory will be selected in random drawings held on or about May 30, 2016 from among all eligible Gold Star Club members per Territory. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Gold Star Club members per Territory at the time of each drawing.

8. GOLD STAR CLUB BONUS POINT REWARDS: Participants who are the primary family account holder (18 years of age or older) who reach a goal of 150 minutes per consecutive week of activity or exercise during the challenge period below are eligible to receive bonus points as part of the GOLD STAR CLUB rewards. Eligible GOLD STAR CLUB members must complete and enter 150/minutes per week (minimum) of activity/exercise in the online tracker for all six weeks from the period of May 1–June 11, 2016 (11:59:59 p.m. EST) to receive 1,000 bonus points. GOLD STAR CLUB members can track their GOLD STAR CLUB eligibility and progress by logging into their password-protected account and accessing the personal Goals Page on www.myfitfamilychallenge.com/goals.php. Gold stars will appear on the page for each week the 150/minute per week goal outlined above was reached. All eligible accounts will be updated with bonus points automatically no later than June 17, 2016.

9. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): Three (3) Grand Prizes (one per Territory

as defined in Rule 4): One (1) winner in each Territory will receive a Universal Orlando® Resort

Vacation Package for winner and up to three (3) guests, consisting of: (i) round trip coach-class air

transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (ii) ground transportation for up to four (4) people from and to the airport in Orlando, FL and to/from the hotel; (iii) three-nights' (3) hotel accommodations for up to four (4) people in the form of one (1) standard room (room and tax only); quad occupancy) at one of the Universal Orlando Resort on-site hotels (room and hotel to be selected by Sponsors); (iv) up to four (4) three-day tickets with Park to Park Access for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks. Value: $3,000 each prize. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, service charges, facility charges, gratuities, and incidental hotel and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Travel dates are subject to availability. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Vacation Package must be taken by 12/17/16 or forfeited in its entirety. The winner must allow 60 days for arrangement and coordination of travel. No changes will be made to travel details or itinerary once any portion of the travel arrangements has been made. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. If winner and his/her guests cannot travel within specified timeline, prize will be forfeited. If any guests are under the age of 18, that individual must travel with a parent or legal guardian, who is at least 21 years of age or older, in order to check in to on-site hotel. All travel is subject to availability. Other restrictions may apply. If winner has fewer than three (3) verified guests, winner is not entitled to receive any element of the prize not allocated to a particular guest and will not receive any compensation in lieu thereof. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Prize is nontransferable and has no cash value. For any winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion. Sponsors are not responsible for cancellations or weather conditions due to circumstances beyond Sponsors’ control, inability of winner or guest to take Prize vacation or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the prize trip or related activities. All unused portions of this prize package will remain the property of Universal Orlando Resort. Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All theme park tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. Except as otherwise indicated herein, all tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed "hard ticket" entertainment events at either of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues such as Hard Rock Live® and Blue Man Group show.

Forty (40) Weekly Prizes (one per week per Territory): Sponsor-specified fitness and wellness related

merchandise and/or tickets to family friendly attractions/events, and/or retail gift certificates. ARV: Minimum of $150 each prize. Five (5) GOLD STAR CLUB Prizes (one per Territory) - A Sponsor-specified Gold Star Club package including, but not limited to Sponsor-Sponsor-specified fitness and wellness related merchandise and/or tickets to family friendly attractions/events, and/or retail gift certificates. ARV: $400 each prize. Gift Cards/Tickets are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by overnight or U.S. Mail or email. Potential winners may be required to verify their mailing or email address or to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, a publicity release where legal, and Federal and State tax release, and return these documents, properly executed, via fax or email, within forty-eight (48) hours of date and time of notification and the original documents within five (5) days of date of notification via regular U.S. Mail. Non-compliance with this time frame and/or with these Official Rules; Sponsors’ inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period; or prize’s or prize notification’s return as undeliverable will result in such potential winner disqualification and, at Sponsors’ discretion, the prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner for the Drawing at issue. Upon verification of eligibility, winner will receive prize in 4-6 weeks.

perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release and hold harmless Releasees from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of the prize. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releases have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

11. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: Entrant represents and warrants the following: 1) is at least 18 years or older and has registered as a family unit as defined in Rule 4; 2) that he/she has qualified as stated in activity tracking log. Entrant acknowledges that nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between Entrant and Sponsors. In no way is Entrant to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of a Sponsors in any respect.

13. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Eligible Participant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.

14. PRIVACY: All personal information submitted by you as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Morris Media Network and Fit Family Challenge and specifically Carolina Parent, Charlotte Parent, and Piedmont Parent magazines; Seaside Media specifically Wilmington Parent magazine; and Gannett Company specifically WNC Parent magazine privacy policy and The Coca-Cola Company’s privacy policy (http://www.coca-cola.com/tcccprivacypolicy) except as otherwise described in these Official Rules and promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that all information and material, including any personal information provided in your entry materials, affidavits, and releases, will be collected, used and disclosed by Administrator, Sponsors and its authorized agents, representatives, and other third parties involved in the execution, administration, or hosting of this Sweepstakes, for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment.
