Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contract effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Client program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. Supervises contractor personnel program operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the engineering, technical, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. Has financial responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical aspects of program and associated projects of all efforts executed under assigned contract. Provide oversight to customer program, solution architecture development process. Collaborate with the customer to ensure interoperable capabilities are documented in the solution architecture. Must have experience with System Architect, DOORS, System Architect-DOORS interface, DoDAF, NR-KPP, Information Support Plan, and DISA's Enhanced ISP tool. Provide analysis of customer's architecture products and requirements, develop a clear linkage between the two and demonstrate how the constituent elements of the architecture products developed in System Architect could be traced back to the established system requirements in the DOORS database. Associated tasks may include simulation and modeling and/or independent verification & validation. 8 Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical degree required. System Architect Analyst-2

Analyze and revise architecture and modeling work related to acquisition, engineering, and program management efforts. Provide subject matter and process expertise to include recommendations on DoD Architectural Framework and Engineering Architecture using software. Develop Unified Modeling Language Use Cases and Activity Diagrams. Provide expert judgment and analysis for the design, development, and implementation of technical products and systems.
