The Taste of Fort Collins (TFC) is a Northern Colorado tradition -‐ a community celebration with family friendly activities that are perfect for the Northern Coloradoans’ active lifestyle. TFC continues to benefit Kiwanis Club International and provide a scholarship to the CSU Hospitality Management Program. This two-‐day festival offers attendees food from local Northern Colorado restaurants, entertainment from regionally and internationally acclaimed musicians, and an eclectic display of fine artisans work as well as the region’s best crafters. The Taste of Fort Collins is a great ROI for your business. The money that you earn from your booth is yours to keep (NO SALES COMMISSIONS TO TFC!). Your business will handle all of its own monetary transactions.
Taste of Fort Collins 2015:
The Taste of Fort Collins will kickoff with a concert in Washington Park on Friday, June 12th. The hours of the kickoff will be from 5:00pm – 9:00pm, and will take place in Washington Park and on North Howes. In order to accommodate all vendors who elect early-‐bird set up Friday evening, we will restrict patron access to the lawn stage area, and North Howes Street will be closed. This is to alleviate any unnecessary congestion during set up. We thank you for your cooperation as we continue to grow the Taste of Fort Collins into the premier outdoor food and music festival in all of Colorado.
WHY PARTICIPATE IN TFC?
Marketing benefits include:
- Opportunity to showcase your cuisine
- Being the focus of a captured audience of over 50,000 attendees over the weekend 50% of patrons come to TFC specifically for the food
It’s become the event of the summer!
- Don’t miss your opportunity to partake in the community’s kickoff to summer tradition!
TFC gives back to local Northern Colorado charities
- Did you know that since year one TFC has raised money for local non-‐profit partners? TFC is proud to support Kiwanis Club of Fort Collins, and provide scholarships through the CSU Hospitality Management Program.

ELECTRICAL NEEDS FORM -‐ Best uses and practices
DEAR VENDOR,
This will help you determine your power needs, which will help provide you with predictable and reliable
power. During the advance process it would be helpful to understand what exactly your individual
requirements are. We understand that a key to your success is having uninterrupted reliable power when you
need it. To that end we have compiled this vendor’s user guide.
BASIC TERMINOLOGY
Wattage (i.e. 1000w): When requesting power it is important to know what the wattage of your
electrical device is. This gives us an idea of how much power you will need, and allows us to size
accordingly. Voltage (i.e. 120v / 220v): When requesting power it is important that we know the operating
voltage of your equipment. We will use your volt and watt information to tailor an electrical service just for
your needs. It is important that this information be all inclusive of your equipment so our power provider can
create an electrical service just for your needs.
Why undersized wire effects sustained power performance
The biggest danger in sustaining power over undersized wire is the heat buildup. It is a shock and fire hazard
to run undersized wire to any load. The wire will start to break down potentially exposing the conductor, and
in some cases, melting or catching on fire. It is good practice to always use 12awg wire and keep your length
to a maximum of 100 feet.
Basic requirements for vendors
The electrical supplier is required to provide power discussed in the advance process within 15 feet for your
booth. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide extension cords from equipment to power source.
KNOW YOUR EQUIPMENT:
Please fill in the chart on the next page to identify specifically what equipment you have and the draw of the
