The

highest bidder to be the buyer,

and

in case of

any

dispute the lot to be immediately resold.

2. This sale is for cash, the lots to be taken

away

at the buyer’s

expense directly after the sale.

3. Coins are sold at so

much

per piece

and no

lot can be separated.

The

auctioneer will accept

any

bid

up

to 50c, then 5c to $2.50, 10c to $10.00,

when

25c will be the smallest

advance

accepted.

4. If

you

are unable to attend the sale in person

your

bids will be

carefully executed

by

the cataloguers, with a charge of 5 per cent,

on

the

lots purchased.

No

charge less than 25c.

5. Persons

unknown

to us

must

send first-class references or a deposit to cover 25 per cent, of their bids; otherwise they will not be

accepted.
