Throughout this year, we were blessed to be supported by an amazing group of parents and volunteers who gave of their me and talents to assist with online learning and in-person events for our Faith Forma on Program. These volunteers inspired by their love of the students, their Catholic faith, and their love of Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish were the pillars of support that kept this program strong during a very challenging year. It is with grateful hearts that we recognize these men and women. - Caitlin Mack, ConfirmaƟon Coordinator

I echo Caitlin’s comments above and express my appreciaƟon and thanks to everyone involved in our Faith FormaƟon Program. This past year’s virtual learning has been a challenge for teachers and parents. The pictures of the First Holy Communion children and ConfirmaƟon students that are in this week’s bulleƟn reflect the pride our parish has for these children and students. I want to thank Very Rev. Robert Connors, Episcopal Vicar of the South Region of our diocese for conferring the Sacrament of ConfirmaƟon on the students confirmed on May 10 & 11th. I also want to thank Cardinal Sean for delegaƟng me to confirm those students on May 12th and 14th. In addiƟon to all those menƟoned above I would like to thank Fr. Giombeƫ and Caitlin Mack for their support and leadership in the Faith FormaƟon Program.
It is also with great joy that our parish congratulates Fr. David Campo who was ordained to the priesthood Saturday, May 22nd. We look forward to his return next Sunday, May 30 when he will celebrate the 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Masses. - Fr. Bill

EMERGENCY COVID SPECIAL COLLECTION
FOR THE CHURCH IN INDIA & BRAZIL
NEXT WEEK
As you may know, there is immense suffering and loss of life occurring in India and Brazil due to the pandemic. The Catholic Church, through Catholic Relief Services (CRS), is on the ground in those countries working to support local hospitals and programs which are being overwhelmed and which have reached a breaking point. Given our own experience in the United States with regards to the pandemic and the important role the Church has in being able to respond to global events, we have an opportunity to assist relief efforts in India and Brazil.
With that in mind, Cardinal Seán has asked all parishes in the Archdiocese to have an Emergency COVID special
collec on for the Church in India and Brazil next weekend. The size and scope of the crisis is enormous. In India
more 24 million cases have been reported with deaths surpassing 260,000. In Brazil, cases have surpassed 15 million while more than 428,000 deaths have been reported. This global pandemic is both historic and devasta ng in its impact. More than 161 million cases have been reported and more than 3.3 million deaths. Please make your
checks payable to your St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, with “India and Brazil Relief” in the memo. We appreciate
