Essex regional call center received a 911 cell phone call and the caller stated, "Send the police before things get out of hand." The call was transferred to Burlington PSAP but call was lost. Two police units were dispatched to the area of the Arboretum Way apartment complex. Communication with calling party was re-established and BPD was made aware that the incident had been a verbal confrontation between a resident and a contractor for the complex about parking issues. Calling party (resident) was no longer at scene and stated during phone call to desk officer that he was

responding to the police station to speak with an officer. Narrative:

Calling party did not arrive at PD and dispatched units were not able to make contact with anyone in the parking lot. Desk officer attempted to make contact with calling party by
