In exercise of the power conferred by clause(s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) , and in partial

modification of Home Department’s Notification No. 993-PL dated 8th_{March, 2007, relating to the area included within the}

Gangnapur Police Station in the district of Nadia, the Governor is pleased hereby to declare that, with effect from the 1st_{date of}

May, 2015, the said Gangnapur Police Station in the district of Nadia shall consist of and include, the areas the description of which has been specified in the schedule given below:-
