Advanced settings and troubleshooting of Sidexis SW installations

Advanced Database manipulations

Day 2: 2D and 3D hardware:

Continued Software installation of 3D software components

Network troubleshooting

Archiving, CEREC Integration ssi, dxd, SyncService, Multiple offices

Day 3: Advanced settings, troubleshooting and repair of Pan/Ceph/3D units

Installation of Facescanner and optional 3D software (SiCat Suite)

Introduction to 3D applications

Day 4: Advance repair of 2D and 3D x-ray systems

Complete disassembly of 2D/3D unit

Prerequisites Basic X-Ray class:

Participants must have installed and worked (repair & troubleshooting) on intraoral, panoramic and cephalometric X-ray equipment and must have basic* computer knowledge.

Participants must have passed the Basic Imaging Prerequisite class online at the Sirona Academy website ***.

Prerequisites Advanced X-Ray class:

Participants must have installed and worked (repair & troubleshooting) on Sirona intraoral, panoramic and Cephalometric X-ray equipment and have successfully participated in the Sirona Basic X-Ray class less than 5 years ago and must have solid** computer knowledge.

Participants must have passed the Advanced Imaging Prerequisite class online at the Sirona Academy website ***.

* Basic computer knowledge: Must be familiar with basic operations of the Windows Operating system like using the mouse, finding, copying and editing files.

** Advanced computer knowledge: Must be familiar with advanced operations of the Windows Operating system like basic networking, determining and assigning TCP/IP addresses and user rights.

*** Technicians must be signed up to the Sirona Academy (USA) site and will be assigned the

appropriate course material. It is recommended to sign up several weeks before the class. The assignments will take less than 1.5 hour total. The prerequisite course is mandatory for

Day 1: Pickup at Hotel at 8:30 AM.

Intro to CAD/CAM Acquisition Installation and Service

Installation of Cerec AC and Milling unit.

AC calibration, networking and testing.

Backing up data, image restore and software updates.

Day2: MCXL calibration and service software.

MCXL hardware tour for replacing spindle motors and stepping motors.

Day Three: Cerec software tour to create a restoration to be milled.

The different configurations of acquisition units and milling units.

Day Four: PM registration procedure and Cerec Support site.

inEos X5 installation and calibration.

Acquisition advanced troubleshooting.

Day Two: Detailed MC, MCX, MCXL hardware tour.

Milling Unit advanced troubleshooting.

Day Three: inFire HTC Speed, Apollo, inEos X5 and inLab X5 setup and usage.

Day Four: Debugging of Acquisition units and Milling units.

Special request legacy units.
