Applying for a Postdoctoral Research Training Fellowship

for Clinicians

Introduction

Applicants applying for a Postdoctoral Research Training Fellowship for Clinicians are asked

to complete the Postdoctoral Research Training Fellowship form. This is a 'multipart' form,

comprising three parts. The form is based on the principle that applicants need only provide

the information that is essential for that particular stage of the application/assessment

process. You will therefore have to complete and submit only the form part(s) relevant to the

application stage to which you have progressed.

Please see the Wellcome Trust website for full details of the

Postdoctoral Research Training

Fellowship for Clinicians

scheme.

General information about the online Postdoctoral Research Training

Fellowship Application

Completing the Application

Only the form part(s) relevant to the application stage that you have reached will be available

for editing.

All later form parts are ‘locked’. This is indicated by a padlock symbol

against each of the

relevant section headings located in the menu bar down the left-hand side of the page. You

can, however, view the questions in these parts of the form by clicking on the section

heading links. As you progress through the different stages of the application process, the

relevant form part will become ‘unlocked’ and available for completion and submission.

Requesting a Copy of the Application Form

You can obtain a copy of the entire application form or different form parts at any stage by

using the email/print functionality from the

‘Application Details’

page. Alternatively, you can

view a sample copy of the form from the

‘Sample Application Forms’

link on the

‘Information’

menu on the left hand side of the page.
