Corporate Wellness

Program Goals

Develop a culture of health and implement a corporate wellness

program with measurable results that will:

Improve the overall health of our employees.

Current Program

Participant Requirements:

Complete one wellness activity each week.

Have their wellness passport stamped each week by the Wellness Champion.

Provide weight and blood pressure once each month to the Wellness

Champion.

Rewarding Participation

Participating employees will receive a discount on LMG insurance premium

for 2013 or equivalent gift card award.

778 eligible employees

313 employees actively participated in the LMG Corporate Wellness Program in

2012.

2012 Rewards

85 employees participated that were not

enrolled in the LMG health insurance

programs. These employees received $100

American Express gift cards.

228 employees received a 5.3% discount on

their health insurance premium for 2013.

There was no overall weight or blood pressure reduction for LMG

Corporate Wellness Program participants in 2012.
