Writing Lessons

Jane Considine is a fantastic teacher and each day she is producing writing lessons for children to

follow along with at home. You can find her lessons on youtube:

Look out for videos on her Youtube channel titled The Day the Crayons Quit. There will be a lesson for

each day of the week.

You do not need any resources for the lessons except some paper, a pencil and of course your brains!

All you have to do is watch and join in. The lessons are quite long but most children manage them OK.

I have also provided an alternative writing option each day, should internet connection/ access to

technology be an issue. Either activity is great – as long as your child is writing, that is what matters!
