Welcome to the 2015 ExxonMobil golf tournament. I am glad to see that we have again many enthusiastic golfers participating the golf event this year. The event will be a nice day, to get to know our colleagues in a different setting than the office have some fun and be physically active.

Welcome at the 4th ExxonMobil Golf Tournament in the Netherlands, we will play for the ExxonMobil Challenge Cup. We are glad to organize a, hopefully, wonderful day for the golfers and clinic players.
This year we are going to play the C course (new for EM players ) and A course which you already know.
Golfclub Princenbosch has got a new driving range, it will surpise you.
Total participants is like last year.

Coming from Rotterdam / Antwerp A16 you take at traffic point Galder ( exit 11) the A58 direction Eindhoven / Tilburg.
After a few kilometers you leave the highway at Bavel ( exit point 13 ) at the end go to direction Gilze. In about a few kilometers you arrive at golf course Princenbosch on the right side of the road.

General information
Organization team:
Gideon Nieuwpoort, Robert du Chatinier, Zalla Salim, Ron van Zandwijk, Martin Moerman, Ron van Zandwijk, Rob Henzen, Sjieuw Kamstra and Etienne Roovers. The organizations wear a blue polo, with a clearly recognizable logo.
We gladly receive you around 10:30 hours at golf club Princenbosch. Following the route description from Belgium and Rotterdam it’s easy to find the course.
Entry in clubhouse you have to sign in at the desk in the hall. Here you will have to pay your participating fee in cash. After payment you get a bag with the necessary tools and information.
Organization and GC Princenbosch are in no way liable for any injuries, loss, damage and/or theft of belongings of participants, partners or visitors.
There are enough showers and changing rooms.
If whished, the organization can provides you, with a ball card for warming up on the driving range.
Golf clinic starts at 13:00 hours.
At the clinic you get lessons in: Putting, Chipping and Full Swing practicing on a 3 holes par 3 courses. It takes a total time of 3 hours.

Match forms
We will play for the ExxonMobil Golf Challenge Cup.
Match will be based on stable ford points. We have 2 categories, 1st group HCP till 24.0, and the 2nd group from 24.1 till HCP 36.0. The overall winner of booth
categories will receive the challenge cup. All golfers with HCP 54 start’s with HCP 36 Men are playing from the Yellow T-Markers.
Women are playing from the Red T-Markers.
Each flight will receive a colored ball with a number. Everyone has to play with that ball, as long as possible and alternately off course. If it goes well then every player has to play 6 holes with it. The stable ford points you score with the color ball is for your own card and the team scorecard. The moment you lose the colored ball that will be the final score of your team.
Elke flight ontvangt een andere kleur bal voorzien van een nummer.
Men dient deze bal om de beurt te spelen per hole, en de daarbij behaalde stableford score in te vullen op de team-scorekaart. Indien men het goed speelt, dan zal elke speler 6 holes met deze bal gespeeld hebben. Wanneer de bal kwijt geraakt is, dan is de score op dat moment behaald, de eindscore.
Men speelt dus op de desbetreffende hole de gekleurde bal i.p.v. de eigen bal en de behaalde stableford score telt dus zowel persoonlijk als voor het team.
Of course there will be a longest and a neary. (Men separated from women). Longest counts only when the ball is on the fairway.
Neary only applies if the ball lies on the putting green.
If this is the case, write your name on the appropriate form (Plastic sleeve) and place metal tube with form at your ball.
You will recognize the holes on the EM flag and / or signs.
Uiteraard zijn er de longest drive en de neary ( heren gescheiden van dames ). Longest telt alleen als de bal op de fairway ligt.
Neary geldt alleen als de bal op de green ligt.
Is dit het geval noteer dan u naam op het desbetreffende formulier ( plastic koker ) en plaats de koker bij U bal. U zult de holes herkennen aan de EM vlag en/of bordjes.

Etiquette & Local Rules
Repair always pitch marks on the green. Try to do one or two more than your own pitch mark.
Replace always your divots on the fairway and where necessary.
Pick up your ball when you can’t make any stable ford points more on that hole. This will keep the speed in the game and less frustrations for the flight behind you.
We are playing 18 holes CA course, C = 1-9 holes with white EM flags and A = 10-18 holes with red EM flags. Where C1 is hole 1 And A1 is hole 10.
Caution:
Hole C2: Leaving the green C1 go to the right and at the end go left for T- Box C2
Check the scorecard to learn any local rules.
Hole A2: approach to green A2, you’ve to wait till the T-Box from A3, Red and Yellow are free. (By hearing bell or visual free)
Hole A3: leaving T-Box A3 rings the bell twice.
• Shell paths and places with shells are fixed obstacles and you may avoid
them.
• Young plants/fauna are marked with blue lint or poles, rule is, ground under
repair ( GUR ).
