We are pleased to enclose the final programme of activities related to the High-Level Meeting for the ten-

year review of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). The programme includes events from Monday 14 December to Thursday 17 December, with the plenary held on the 15th and 16th

We are also pleased to announce the panelists for the high-level WSIS welcoming event, open to all WSIS

delegates and UN badge-holders. Featuring a moderated, conversational panel, the event will take plaèe from 9 to 9:45 am in the Trusteeship Council Chamber and provide perspectives on issues raised during the

review, including ICT development applications, the digital divide, internet governance, human rights, and

security. As a snapshot of the review, and with such distinguished voices, we hope very much that all WSlS

delegates will attend. The panelists are:

hosted by our missions in the UN Delegates' Dining Room from 5:15 to 8:30 pm on Tuesday 15 December

for all Heads of Delegations, Permanent Representatives, and experts. Please join us to celebrate six months (and ten years) of hard work.

Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED) is organizing events on the 16th and 17th While

the meetings are separate from WSIS, as delineated in the programme, they provide an opportune complement, addressing issues raised in the review.
