The successful candidate must be high-ly numerate with excellent anahigh-lytical skills - idealhigh-ly with a mathematical/statistical qualification, have strong anahigh-lytical skills, excellent report writing and presentation skills, ability to perform ad-hoc analysis to tight timescales and present findings to senior stakeholders, knowledge of data management systems (Room bookings, hotelling, Helpdesk platforms etc) and extracting relevant data and strong relationship skills, working across Service Partners within the contract. The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years’ experience working with MI/Reporting/Data Analysis and MS Excel 2007+ to an advanced level (pivot tables, formulae creation etc.) and must be very able and confident in manipulating large data sets within excel and familiar with the capabilities of the later versions of Excel
