Description

Participants' arrivals and departures are announced either by a tone or their name as each joins or leaves the conference. You can be aware at all times who and how many participants are attending your conference.

You can temporarily leave your main conference and create a new conference to have a private discussion between some participants.

You can record your Audio or Web conference to playback later, or even order a permanent copy on CD.

Thanks to access codes and the help of our operators, you can control and screen participant access to your conference with complete confidence.

Any participant can activate or deactivate this privacy feature during the conference, even if their phone does not have a "mute" button.

If the host does not wish to be disturbed during his presentation, he can choose to place all participants into listen-only mode.

With the help of our operators, it's easy to manage your question and answer period effectively. They will precisely explain to all participants the order in which the questions will be taken and answered in turn.

Guests who were not able to attend the conference can dial in the system after the conference is over and listen to the conference at their convenience.

A recorded conference may also be transcripted (in English or French) and a copy sent by e-mail or regular mail at the moderator's request.

Find out the participants' opinion by asking them to vote or respond to your questions on the Web, and obtain instant results to your poll.

The moderator can be assured that no new participant or operator can join or interrupt the conference by locking it at his convenience.

You can leave the conference, call a new participant, and introduce him into the original conference at any time.

* NOTE: The moderator must not forget to unlock the conference to be assisted by an operator. Business Solutions
