What to Know:

1. A planned program is required to renew your Provisional Certificate or apply for your Professional Education Certificate. OU has four categories of planned programs (also known as Options 1-4) as follows:

a. additional undergraduate-level endorsement b. additional graduate-level endorsement c. graduate certificate

d. graduate (master’s) degree

2. The majority of your planned program credits must be taken at Oakland University.

3. The Education Advising Office only advises undergraduate-level elementary endorsements. Undergraduate-level secondary endorsements, graduate certificates, and graduate degrees are advised by Faculty Advisers. Option 1: additional undergraduate-level endorsement
