Customer Service Executive

Summary: Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 To response and ensure the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner

 To coordinate with sales team, other internal teams, suppliers to ensure the product quality and customers’ requirements are met

 To handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard.

 To communicate with sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of the customers and to maintain updated customer profile information

 To proactively share among team members on new product / system knowledge and on lessons learnt from the mistakes to improve quality of the whole team

 To assist and back up other team members and provide supports and report to Supervisor Qualification and Skills Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree.

 1-2 years related experience. Lead experience preferred.  Strong written, verbal skills in English and Chinese.

 Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.

 Excellent customer service skills.

 Strong presentation experience and skills.

Global Sample & Product Development (GSPD) Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 Review factories demand and resource availability.

 Receive and liaise new development request with Sales/Customer Services/Regional Office.

 Costing/Pricing: source new/alternative material & propose alternative production mode/contractor to reduce production cost. Manage & maintain accurate price on the system.

 Proofing/Sampling: Work with production team for new/revised item. Monitor & update the progress to Sales/Region. Inspect & ensure good quality of sample before submission to customer/Region.

 Manage first order quality with Quality Control and Production team.  Provide technical support to achieve global quality consistency. Qualification and Skills Requirements:

 Bachelor degree in engineering (printing, chemistry, garment, etc.) is preferred.  Fresh graduate or 1-2 years related experience

 Active, initiative, cautious, flexible, good communication & problem solving and teamwork skills.

 Strong written, verbal skills in English.

Sales Executive

Summary: reporting to Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory and/or account.

 To be a communicator between the company and its customers through personal selling.  To achieve agreed sales and increase the share at individual customers.

 To manage and develop business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan, providing necessary supports to gain customer satisfaction.

Job Dimension:

 Internal interaction: Customer Service/ RBO-Retailers & Brand Owners Sales/ Shipping staff/ Manufacturing/ Quality Control/ Product Development.

 External interaction: customers in assigned territory, Regional Sales or Global Sales colleagues.

 Geographical responsibility: assigned sales area.

 Turnover: from US$ 2.0 mil up, subject to the sales target set by Sales Manager. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 Implement Sales strategy and approach defined by company.  Achieve sales set by the company.

 Achieve the product mix target set by sales manager.

 Maintain existing customers and develop new business via new product development, business migration follow up and local service representative.

 Follow up and track the nomination and realize the sales achievement.

 Provide customer satisfaction by handling well routine work, servicing requirement and problem solving.

 Prepare and meet deadline of weekly call planning; sales reports and other task assigned.  Maintain close working relationship with colleagues to ensure team strengths are further

developed.

 Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to order completion stage.

 Build and implement “Business Development Plan” for individual account in-charge territory (half yearly).

Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) Associate

REPORTS TO: Functional Head & Assignment Managers

LOCATION: Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Long An province. About Your Role

Avery Dennison is currently recruiting for their Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) Program. This program develops the employee’s knowledge and skills through practical, technical and managerial training. Associates usually carry out several projects in various functions and geographical regions of the company. The program is designed to provide meaningful, as well as challenging work experience through projects that will expose the associate to a variety of our operations and functions within our RBIS business. The associate will learn functional and technical aspects of our business, as well as general leadership skills in various functions:

● Operations & Supply Chain ● Commercial

The program consists of two 12-month rotations in two different subject areas of Avery Dennison RBIS. Cross-regional / cross-functional rotation opportunities will be given to top performers. Roles vary with the current business needs and could include positions such as:

o Operation & Supply Chain: Process Engineering, Project Management, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Analyst, Production Supervisor

o Commercial: Sales Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor. Within two 12-month rotations, RBIS GOLD Associates will complete:

● RBIS Lean Immersion (ELS) training and onboarding during the first year as a GOLD. A three-week program of intensive leadership development along with Lean Sigma & finance training and hands-on experience at one of our manufacturing sites ● Continued training and learning opportunities in your second GOLD rotation focused

on communication, advanced leadership development, and rapid problem solving. What We Will Be Looking For In You:

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management, Commerce or related discipline, GPA ≥ 7.0/10 (or relevant), TOEIC ≥ 700
