The area around the Wittelsbacher- straße offers a pleasant blend of quiet residential neighborhood and bust- ling big city flair. To the south lies the enticing Wilmersdorfer Volkspark with countless wonderful spots to relax in the shade of blooming trees, on sunny meadows, or on the sho-
res of lake Fennsees. Just north of your new home, the colorful typical Berlin street life begins from the Pariser Straße. The famous Kur- fürstendamm, along which exclu- sive shops and inviting cafes and restaurants are located, is only a short 500 meter stroll away.
The perfect balance of Ku‘damm and Volkspark.

Today‘s relatively small Wilhelmsaue, just north of the Wilmersdorfer Volkspark, once formed the core of the village which was founded around 1220 as the Municipality Deutsch-Wilmersdorf. In the middle of the 18th century, the first Berlin summer residences were built in the Wilhelmsaue. In 1912, with almost
140,000 inhabitants, Wilmersdorf was incorporated into the city of Berlin. The small lake Fennsee in the approximately 2.5 Kilometer long Wilmersdorfer Volkspark, is all that remains today of the once popular fishing and swimming lake known as Wilmersdorfer See.
From Deutsch-Wilmersdorf to Berlin-Wilmersdorf.

The clear, reserved, high-quality lines continue in the fixtures and fit- tings of the apartments. Calm colors, clear forms, well-known manufac- turers, and timeless design create a harmonious image that leaves room for trends, seasons, and moods. The underfloor heating throughout the apartments provides an optimal in-
door climate. This is complemented in the bathroom by a heated towel rail.
Oak flooring in the living room, lar- ge format porcelain stoneware tiles (travertine natural stone) in the ba- throoms, downlight spots in the hall- way and bathroom, and 226 cm high solid wood frame doors offer a canvas for your own personal style.

Our philosophy is based on three pil- lars: integrity, reliability and a strong commitment to service. For our cli- ents, these principles are a reliable basis for a trusting relationship - in many cases over and over again.
Our enjoyment of working with people from different cultures perfectly suits Berlin’s diversely colorful and willing clientele. This lively and repeatedly reinventing city doesn’t only allow us to live our passion for architecture, design and modern lifestyles, but also to enjoy it to the fullest.
