This is by far the most important service we offer and it is the one that boosts business for our clients. With our call answering service every call will be answered with a polite greeting from your designated member of staff and they will then take messages or deal with the call accordingly, whichever suits your needs the most. The Basic Package

Your Every Need Ltd offers three set packages to cover your requirements, depending on the size of your business and how keen you are to grow your company. We can also offer you a bespoke package whereby you can choose which services you require from each different package, we will then create a bespoke package for you and quote accordingly.

While there are a couple of companies across the UK that offer a similar service, none of them offer a service quite as personal as ours.

You will have your own designated account

you. Unlike other companies we do not charge

you per minute for call answering, and we don’t

charge you hourly for admin work leaving you

wondering if we are working as hard as we

should be. You will have a set monthly fee which

will cover all the work and costs involved in

Out on the road all day? Have your deliveries sent to us. We will sign for them on your behalf and store them until you are ready to collect. This means that you will no longer need to be sat at home for the day waiting for a delivery to arrive. Your account manager will simply notify you on arrival.

Email is a high ranking method of communication. You will want to have a professional and memorable email address – [email protected] no longer cuts it. An email such as [email protected] will give your business credibility and will let your customers know they are communicating with the right company.

If a customer wants a quote and you are busy working or driving around, let us manage your diary and we will book appointments in for you around the times that you give us. We will also remind you of the next day’s appointments the night before by text or email.

A lot of our clients are filled with dread at the thought of coming home after a long days work to be met with the task of typing letters to customers and sending them out. We will type your letters for you as you dictate, we will then mail them out to your selected customers 1st class with no charge for postage.

There is a point when all business owners need to have meetings with customers, suppliers, installers, bank managers etc. We will provide you with a quiet, professional meeting room and make sure there are refreshments brought to you and your guests. I’m sure you can agree this is more professional than conducting the meetings at your kitchen table.

Why not let us deal with your incoming and outgoing emails- we will respond however you ask us to and we will sift through the junk mail for you. We will also set you up with your own email signature and logo. This will save you the time and hassle of having to stop what you are doing to read and respond to your emails.

To be seen as a real company these days you need a Facebook page and a Twitter account. These are not easy to create and equally pesky to manage on a daily basis. Our social media specialist will set you up with your own company Facebook page and Twitter account. We will also post things for you on a weekly basis and check messages, with the aim to generate more enquiries for you.

Most customers prefer to pay by card as it saves them carrying cash, and cheques will slowly be phased out. If you are eligible we will set you up to receive card payments which you can do through a hand held terminal, or we can do for you over the phone to customers.

Nothing can damage a small business like a few bad debts – customers avoiding payment are usually hard to contact. We will chase all outstanding payments for you and our experienced team can also send final demands and begin court proceedings for you.

Work away? Let us book your hotels, congestion charges or anything else for you. If you run over on a job we can source a local hotel at a good rate and book it for you, which is a lot easier than attempting to do it on your phone.

There is nothing worse than coming home in the evening and opening the post, to find you have received an urgent letter that you now cannot act on until the next day. We will open your post each morning and call you to discuss the contents. You can then ask us to reply to certain items, bank cheques and make any calls needed. It can then be forwarded to you 1st class.

When you’re busy, it is hard to find time during the day to go into town and bank any cheques / cash you have received from customers – however with 5 day clearance times you also want them to be paid in as soon as possible. Why stand in line at the bank when you can let us do that for you? This works even better if we are opening your post as we can bank the payments as they come in. Alternatively, drop your payments in with us when you’re driving past, 24 hours a day.

Fed up of losing your spare room or being constantly buried underneath paperwork? We can box and store your files in a dry safe location where they will be easily accessible upon request. If you do need any documents, we will dig them out for you to scan and email over at your request.

Bookkeeping can often be a laborious task. We can ease the stress for you slightly by raising invoices for your customers, enabling you to keep accurate accounts of payments received. This will free you up with more time than you can imagine and allow you to focus on what you do best.

juggle my admin tasks whilst out on the road quoting customers all day. Lots of my time was spent hopping from one layby to another to listen to voicemails from calls I had just missed, then trying to find quiet areas with good phone reception to return those calls without the sound of traffic rushing by. On top of that I spent most evenings and weekends trying to work from my kitchen table whilst visitors came by and our dogs jumped all over me. Needless to say, it was not practical at all!

The day finally came where I decided to open a small office and employ someone to answer all the calls and deal with all the paperwork side of things for me. This was a great decision – however I never realised how daunting and expensive it could be. Placing a job advert and interviewing staff was a lengthier process than I had imagined and I was amazed at the red tape involved with suddenly being an employer. Up until that point my only health and safety concern was to not crash whilst driving around the country. Being a highly motivated and hard working individual, I spent as much time checking up on our office admin staff to make sure they were working as I did, having done the actual work myself previously.
