Practices that achieve an initial discount of 5% can increase the discount by completing the

Ongoing Eligibility

After a law practice has become eligible to claim the discount by completing the conditions above,

it can maintain its eligibility to claim the discount in future policy years provided all principals

successfully complete one of the Maintenance Events each policy year.

Law practices that were eligible to receive an RMEP discount in 2015/16 based on their attendance

at Workshops in previous policy years can also maintain their eligibility for the new discounts by

successfully completing at least 1 Maintenance Event before 30 June 2016.
