We understand the key to selling YOUR home is to make it appealing to potential buyers, thats why, unlike most Estate Agents we have our own marketing department, dedicated to providing your home with the highest level of media exposure as possible, in as many ways as possible.

Photography: If we are selling your property we want it to look the best it can as this will

normally be the first glimpse potential buyers get. As part of our service your home will undergo a photo shoot, capturing all of the best qualities in high resolution images by our in-house photographer.

Video: Alongside your images will come a High Definition video giving a homely feel to

your property. This will appear on the leading property sales sites such as Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as our CXG Sales Youtube channel, Facebook page and Twitter profile. The video will give potential buyers a virtual tour of the house and an understanding of the type of property it is before viewing, whilst also making your home stand out from other competition.

Social Media: Keeping up to date with the latest trends is vital to get as much exposure

as possible for your property. This is why we have a Facebook page, Twitter profile and Youtube channel which provide us with a worldwide audience of potential buyers. What could be better than that!

Website: Your home will be listed on our website with a detailed

description of the property and a floor plan along with the photographs.

Once we have built a portfolio of your home we will distribute to the various marketing platforms in order for your property to appear in every media form including the local newspaper, social media, property portals, on our website and of course our LED window displays in both Haverhill and Park Lane, London.
