Additionally, the exhibits enhance the educational content of the meeting helping to provide quality continuing medical education.

Cleveland Clinic shall not refund any fees paid under this Agreement if the Company cancels or does not use the Exhibit space.
Cleveland Clinic reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan at any time and to relocate exhibitors should it become necessary for causes beyond the control of Cleveland Clinic or is advisable in the best interest of Cleveland Clinic.
ExhibitoR iDEntiFiCation
Exhibitor identification in all Cleveland Clinic publications and on all signs and booth graphics, related to this specific symposium, must be the one company name submitted on the Exhibitor Application.
REGiStRation/baDGE PoLiCY
All company representatives should be pre-registered by February 15, 2016. Please register your company and your representatives online at
www.ccfcme.org/2016pain. Cleveland Clinic badges must be worn and visible at all times to all symposium functions. Business cards are not to be inserted over the official Cleveland Clinic badge.
REPS attEnDinG SESSionS
Registered exhibitors are permitted to attend any general session, which do not require additional fees.
Educational credit is not available for exhibitors unless fully registered as an attendee. Representatives who wish to attend the educational sessions and who are not representatives of the booth must register as an attendee. Late and cancellation policies will apply.
SECURitY
Exhibitors will be able to leave their displays up overnight, but we recommend that any items of great value be secured by you (computers, cell phones, etc.) Neither the hotel security staff nor Cleveland Clinic will be responsible for loss of or damage to any property. Exhibitors are responsible for safe-guarding their goods, materials, equipment and exhibits at all times.

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Loews Coronado Bay hotel for a special rate of $239 single/double (plus tax) and a $5/day resort charge. To obtain these special rates, you must make your reservations by 5:00 pm (ET) Tuesday, February 9, 2016. Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education’s 18th Annual Pain Management Symposium, being held March 5-9, 2016 at the Loews Coronado Bay Hotel in Coronado CA.
This symposium will promote a better understanding of the pathophysiology of acute and chronic pain, enhance knowledge regarding various chronic neuropathic pain conditions, and critically review novel state-of the-art interventional and noninterventional techniques in diagnosis and management of chronic pain, cancer pain, and headaches. A nationally and internationally renowned faculty will provide insightful assessment and clinical practice evaluation of the topics. We anticipate 300+ attendees. Join us!

(first come first served-this opportunity is limited) The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $14,000 for the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported breakfast or lunch satellite program/event on Sunday, March 6, Monday, March 7 or Tuesday, March 8, from 7:00 to 8:00am or 12:30 -2:00pm. The Program/Event will not overlap with the Cleveland Clinic
Pain Management Symposium. The $14,000 fee includes a

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for costs associated with the industry supported program/ event, including but not limited to meals, speaker honorarium and audiovisual services. The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event, securing speaker(s) and providing any necessary product support.
Cleveland Clinic is responsible for securing space. The Industry supporter will provide poster/signage at the Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Symposium registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide promotion at Exhibit table.
The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to program/event on the Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Symposium website and will provide a program/event Invitation flyer to attendees during the Symposium. In addition, the Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of
Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Symposium attendees.
