Installation location
3 pole are different position each other on the top of the building for 3 antenna. On the towern R8860 is installed near antenna (D=5m), and AC support.
n R8860 is connected to
antenna with ½ jumper or feeder.
n The AC OLP is near R8860
R8860 have special
power cable and that is less than 2m.
n No need the AC ILP, the
cable connect to ACDB directly.

n Installation location indoor and outdoor site
n R8860 is installed indoor and near BBU and DCDB.
n From antenna to RRU,
“1/2jumper+feeder+1/2jumpe r” is used.
n R8860 is in door, and no need LP, if multi-RRU are installed at same place, need to add a DCDB.
n Sometimes, ILP can be used to replace DCDB, but the ILP must be connected to busbar with 16mm2 cable.

If the some BBUs are installed at the same place, and RRU is far from
BBU, we can use existing backbone fiber network to connecting BBU and
RRU. As show in Figure 1 and 2.
