Requirements for Acceptance into Program: 1) Completion of college admission requirements; 2) Completion of University Skills Placement Testing; 3) Notarized New Mexico State EMT – Basic License; 4) Must be 16 years of age or older at the time of enrollment; 5) Completion of health guidelines of clinical agencies; 6) Current Certified First Responder or satisfactory completion of EMS within two years; 7) Current AHA BLS Health Care Provider Certification; 8) Medical Director and the Program Director have final authority on admission EMS 105Y 1st Responder (5
